Part Time Floor Sales Associate -$16.50

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Floor Sales Associate to join a retail team that specializes in high-quality, handcrafted furniture. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right products while maintaining a welcoming and organized showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and engage customers on the sales floor in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

• Maintain showroom appearance, including organizing displays and ensuring products are presented neatly.

• Assist with inventory tasks such as tagging, stocking, and updating price signage.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently when needed.

• Support promotional activities and help prepare the sales floor for events or seasonal changes.

• Communicate customer feedback and product issues to the management team.

• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the showroom for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.

• Interest in furniture, home décor, or design is a plus.
