We are seeking a reliable and well-rounded Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on first shift. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including:

  • Conveyor belts

  • Bucket elevators

  • Screw conveyors

  • Cranes

  • Other material-handling systems

• Perform maintenance and basic repairs on company delivery vehicles and forklifts (with outside support for more complex issues)

• Conduct routine and Preventative Maintenance to minimize downtime and keep equipment operating efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Electrical experience is a definite plus

• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

• Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to support the team where needed
