Position Overview:
A local company in Knoxville, TN is seeking reliable and hardworking Production/Packaging Associates to join their growing team. This role is responsible for packaging finished products, assisting with production tasks, and ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high levels of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package finished products according to company guidelines and customer specifications

• Operate packaging equipment safely and effectively

• Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging

• Label, seal, and prepare items for shipment or storage

• Assist with general production duties as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

• Meet daily production and packaging quotas

• Report equipment or product issues to supervisors promptly

• Work collaboratively with team members to support workflow and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous packaging or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the entire shift

• Basic ability to use hand tools or simple machinery

• Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy

• Dependable attendance and solid work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
