We have been asked by a client in Fishers, IN to help them find a Production Worker. In this role you will assist with warehouse operations, including handling batteries, labeling products, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production line.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (overtime may be available)
• Benefits: Competitive pay and opportunity for overtime

What will you do as a Production Worker?

• Slide batteries on a conveyor across cardboard
• Place stickers on batteries
• Lift batteries weighing approximately 50 pounds, team lift batteries up to 120 pounds
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What qualifications will you have as a Production Worker?

• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to lift heavy items
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong teamwork skills
