Maintenance Manager – Property Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee property maintenance operations for a residential or commercial facility. This role ensures that all buildings, grounds, and equipment are properly maintained and that maintenance staff are supported and directed effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in building systems, and confident leading a maintenance team.

Job Duties

• Manage daily maintenance operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and project oversight
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify repair needs
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services
• Maintain maintenance records, budgets, and inventory of supplies and equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and resolve issues effectively
