The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection, and supporting daily store operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed properly.
• Support inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
