Retail Assistant Manager

Salary: $18.00 per hour

We are looking for dedicated Assistant Store Managers to support daily operations in our alcohol and tobacco retail store. This role involves supervising staff, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor cash handling and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of retail or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in alcohol/tobacco retail preferred.
