Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Full-Time)  Location: Prosper TX

 

Pay : $15.00 per hour + Commission 

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to drive our clients sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a proven track record of selling Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance products. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional who excels in a client-focused environment and is eager to maximize their earning potential through a strong base pay and an unlimited commission structure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect, generate leads, and close new sales for Property, Casualty, and Life insurance policies.
• Client Service: Provide outstanding service to existing clients, including policy reviews, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities to meet their evolving needs.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough interviews with clients to understand their unique circumstances and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and generate referral business.
• Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring all activities are in full compliance with state insurance regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Required: Active, unrestricted Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
• Required: Active, unrestricted Life Insurance License.
• Required: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, with verifiable success in selling both P&C and Life products.
• Required: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Required: Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and insurance rating software.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a strong competitive drive.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $15.00 per hour.
• Commission: Lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
