Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a reputable CPA firm in the Batavia, NY area to hire an experienced Office Administrator. We’re seeking a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
Perform accurate data entry
Support general office operations and administrative tasks
1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Full-time, on-site schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Competitive pay starting at $20/hr, commensurate with experience
