Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in the Evansville, IN area. This position involves assisting prospective tenants, showing available units, processing applications, and supporting daily property management operations.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective tenants and provide property tours
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist applicants with rental applications and required documentation
• Explain lease terms, community policies, and available amenities
• Process move-ins/move-outs and maintain accurate records
• Support office functions such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and show-ready units
• Collaborate with property management to ensure high resident satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Customer service or leasing experience preferred, but not required
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, property management software a plus)
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow procedures
• Must be comfortable working with the public in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must live in or near the Evansville, IN area
