Express Employment Professionals - St. Catharines is currently recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist for our Medical Aesthetics Clinic in St. Catharines. 

Are you a highly organized, and personable applicant who loves creating great client experiences? Do you have experience working in an aesthetics clinic, or have good knowledge of the industry/products?  If so, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact with clients—both in person and over the phone. Our client is looking for someone who understands (or is eager to learn about) medical aesthetics services, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys blending administrative work with client care and light social media content creation. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones with excellent etiquette and professionalism
• Take and record personal information accurately and securely
• Book and schedule patient appointments
• Make follow-up calls after visits
• Manage the daily patient flow and keep schedules running smoothly
• Receive payments, process POS transactions, and issue receipts
• Document notes in patient files
• Maintain organization of digital and physical records
• General office and bathroom cleaning to maintain a professional environment
• Take aesthetic photos/videos for clinic social media platforms
• Assist with basic content creation and posting as needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a busy office, spa/med spa, or salon environment
• Comfortable with Apple software (Mac, iPad, iPhone)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident, assertive, direct—and able to manage client flow effectively
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Comfortable handling personal client information

Schedule: Monday–Friday -  10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Compensation: $19.00/hr + (DOE in the medical aesthetics industry)
