Position Summary
We are seeking a bilingual, on-site Social Media & Sales Specialist to drive online sales through hosting live sessions, social media, and digital content creation in a Boutique in the McAllen area!
The ideal candidate is confident on camera, outgoing, friendly, and skilled at engaging customers to increase online sales. This person must have initiative, contribute ideas to improve sales, and be comfortable interacting with customers during live sessions.
Online Sales & Customer Engagement
- Host live selling sessions on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatNot, Poshmark, and other platforms.
- Engage with customers during live sessions and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Close online sales through chat and follow-ups.
- Process orders, payments, shipping, and provide customer tracking updates.
- Bring marketing experience and ideas to increase sales.
Content Creation & Platform Management
- Take product photos and edit short videos to support live sessions and online sales.
- Write clear, accurate, and attractive product descriptions.
- Upload products to Shopify, TikTok Shop, Poshmark, and WhatNot.
- Post daily content and maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
- Suggest ideas to improve sales, marketing, and online engagement.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong sales and marketing experience
- Experience in online sales or e-commerceComfortable on camera; outgoing, friendly, and open personality for live sessions
- Must know how to use Poshmark, WhatNot, and Canva
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom)
- Strong writing and multitasking skills
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads is a plus
