About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator Lead to oversee CNC machining operations and guide a team of operators. The ideal candidate will have advanced CNC programming and troubleshooting skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise CNC operators to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for precision manufacturing.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Train team members on CNC processes, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation (e.g., G-code, CAD/CAM software).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multiple CNC machine types (mills, lathes, routers).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling.
