This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Lead and mentor a bilingual workforce, ensuring clear communication and team cohesion.
• Oversee cabinet building processes or wastewater operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a production environment, with supervisory experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Hands-on experience in cabinet building or wastewater operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
