About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality, safety, and output standards.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and production management systems.

Preferred Skills:
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Mechanical aptitude or technical background.
