We are seeking a motivated Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for an organized professional with strong leadership skills who can ensure orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shipping department staff, including scheduling and performance management

• Ensure accurate preparation, packaging, labeling, and documentation of outgoing shipments

• Monitor and maintain compliance with all company shipping policies and safety standards

• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to align shipping schedules with customer requirements

• Maintain records of shipments, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies

• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors

• Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
