Salary: $20-$25 DOE

Hours: 9am -5pm

Dress Code: Business Causal 

Skills:

  • Proen experience in medical office managment with specific focus on mental health billing.
  • Proficiency in medcal billing software and EMR
  • Strong knowledge of metal health codes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Empathy and Patience is Very Important

Responsibilities: 

  • Billing and Financial Management
  • Oversee and manage all billing and collections, including charge entry, claim submissions, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports
  • Ensure timely payment from clients
  • Manage daily operations of the office

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent 

Language Skills: Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
