Salary: $17.00 a hour
The Packer is responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of medical products in a clean and controlled environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before distribution.
Package sterilized medical products according to customer specifications and quality standards
Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before and during packaging
Label and box products accurately, ensuring proper documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to the supervisor
Meet productivity and quality goals on a daily basis
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
May involve standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
Cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required
