Salary: $15.00/hr

3rd shift Production Operator

  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Schedule: Sunday Night - Friday morning - 10:45pm - 7:15am

Pay: $15/hr

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
