Office Manager (Direct Hire)

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support a small but fast-paced office. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent multitasking, and solid bookkeeping experience—QuickBooks Online proficiency is a must. The ideal candidate can work independently, stay organized, and support both office and sales operations.

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, provide customer service, and support day-to-day office operations
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, balancing, and reconciling (QuickBooks Online required)

  • Manage payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting functions

  • Assist with inside sales: quoting, pricing, and providing product information to customers

  • Schedule sales appointments, installations, and follow-ups with the sales team

  • Support sales staff with scheduling, quoting, and customer communication

  • Handle general office management duties and maintain an organized work environment

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Office Management experience
  • QuickBooks Online proficiency is required

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy office

  • Experience in the Fence industry or related industry (preferred)

  • College degree required

  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn
