Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dependable Yard Checkers in the Rincon area to join our team. This role starts with general yard clean-up duties, including trash pickup, and may evolve into more detailed responsibilities such as vehicle check-in and cleaning for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and adaptability to weather and work conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the yard

• Clean out vehicles by removing trash and placing personal items in bags

• Assist with photographing and documenting vehicles

• Ensure personal items are returned to the appropriate vehicle or container

• Attend daily morning safety meetings (must arrive at least 10 minutes early)

• Follow all on-site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Steel-toe boots are mandatory – you will be turned away without them

• High-visibility shirt or vest is required at all times on the property

• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in various weather conditions

• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays

• Must provide your own weather gear (raincoats, sun protection, etc.)

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
