Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local client to hire a Finance Assistant to support their day-to-day financial operations. This position is temporary with the possibility to become permanent for the right fit.

 

About the Role:
The Finance Assistant will support the financial team with essential accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Payable

• Process payroll

• Prepare and make bank deposits

• Submit required reports to the fee accountant

• Support general financial recordkeeping

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
