Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shop Support Associate for a commercial supplier of professional shop equipment. This full-time role is perfect for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys variety and is comfortable working in both office and shop environments.

You’ll wear many hats—helping with shipping and receiving, forklift operation, clean-up, and customer service—while filling in for various departments as needed.

Location: Arlington, WA | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of the shop, including shipping & receiving, clean-up, and forklift operation
• Support front office tasks such as customer service and sales when needed
• Fill in for various departments during call-outs
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable in both shop and office settings
• Ability to adapt and take on multiple roles throughout the day
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good computer skills 
• Fluent English reading and writing skills
• Humble, flexible attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Must be on feet for extended periods
• Frequent bending, climbing, and working in varied positions
