Express Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for an industrial company in Arlington, WA. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong commercial driving experience and a commitment to safety. You’ll be responsible for transporting raw and finished materials between site locations, operating forklifts, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Home at night, local deliveries. 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Pay: $29/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a semi-truck safely and professionally to transport galvanized materials between sites
• Driving 53-foot trailer
• Utilize a forklift for secure loading and unloading of steel parts
• Conduct daily safety inspections of vehicles and equipment
• Secure loads to prevent shifting or damage during transport
• Prepare, package, and label loads for delivery
• Maintain clear communication with customers, shop personnel, and team members
• Assist with inventory management and periodic checks
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize transport schedules
• Adhere to all DOT regulations during transport
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues promptly

Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: CDL Class A Endorsement with a 5-year clean driving record
• Preferred: 1 year of commercial driving experience (semi-trucks, flatbeds, 53-trailers)
• Ability to operate forklifts and secure heavy loads
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent climbing, bending, and working in varied positions
• Prolonged periods of driving and occasional desk work
