Location: Southlake, TX
Shift: Monday-Friday from 6am-2:30pm that will require 1–2 hours of overtime during the week
Pay: $16/HR
Assignment Type: Temporary (with possibility of extension)

Join a fast-paced and growing team as a Temporary Cable Assembler, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality cable products used throughout the Consumer Support Services industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with their hands and technical diagrams.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Assemble cables and wiring harnesses using provided diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions

• Inspect assembled cables for defects, continuity, and quality compliance

• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and resolve any assembly issues

Minimum Qualifications:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic understanding of electrical components and cable assembly processes

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to work flexible hours based on assignment needs

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Previous cable assembly or related manufacturing experience

• Knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality control procedures

• Basic soldering and crimping skills

• Ability to use basic testing tools such as multimeters

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
