Location: Southlake, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30 with Overtime Required Saturday 5am-1:30pm
Pay: $17/HR
Start Date: 12/15/2025

 

Join our team as an Production Technician - Electronics and support the production of high-quality electronic products! We’re looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals who can perform manual and automated tasks, follow precise work instructions, and maintain strong quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Perform manual insertion of through-hole components

• Prep components manually or by using designated machines

• Tape/mask PCB’s prior to wave soldering

• Install hardware and assist the Prep Line as needed

• Document daily setups, jobs, and production activities

• Maintain material traceability and follow safety/quality guidelines

• Keep work area clean and organized (daily housekeeping)

• Perform basic equipment setup and assist with production flow

• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and bills of material

• Effective communication skills in English (verbal & written)

• Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards

• Familiarity with Aegis or similar production tracking systems

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
