Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a growing team in Evansdale. This role focuses on customer communication, product knowledge, and sales follow-through to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Generate sales leads and maintain consistent follow-up to meet sales goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide accurate product information using internal tools and resources
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with timely, effective resolutions
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and retention

Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred
• General knowledge of construction or remodeling is a plus
• Experience in commercial millwork sales is a plus
• Familiarity with millwork products, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets
