Construction Project Manager | Batavia, OH

Direct Hire | $55,000 - $70,000, based on experience and capabilities. End-of-year bonus based on performance metrics.

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is hiring to fulfill a Project Manager for a commercial construction firm based out of Batavia, OH.

Job Description:

PM’s report to Production Manager in the Residential Construction Division. Responsibilities include:

• managing Field Crews
• maintaining project schedule & budget
• communicating with customers
• coordinating material deliveries and subcontractor schedules and performance
• troubleshooting and punch-list for job close-out
• monitoring company vehicles and equipment for proper use and daily preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management (will consider less experience for quality candidate)
• familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• clean driving record
• passed drug screen and background check
• Military service a plus

Salary: $55-$70k, based on experience and qualifications
