We are working with a non-profit in the Upper West Side of Manhattan in that is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join their team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and customers, warmly welcoming and guiding them during their visit.
• Perform essential clerical duties that contribute to the office's daily functioning
• Greet clients and visitors courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Aid in various operational tasks to support the smooth running of the office and warehouse
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and safe for all visitors.
• Assist the management team with special projects as they happen.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong aptitude for delivering exceptional office reception.
• Experience with computer software, notably Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in interactions.
• Experience in managing or handling client inquiries and concerns.
• Being able to have a conversation in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Must be able to come into the office in The Bronx five days a week. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

COMPENSATION

• $23.00-25.00
