A company in Carrollton GA is seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our team. Candidates must have prior experience as a Field technician or in closely related technical role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Assist customers in fulfilling service needs
• Servicing of customers fire extinguishers including annual maintenance, recharging or repair and hydrostatic testing
•  Servicing of customers Emergency and Exit lights to including required maintenance or repair
•  Advise customer on fire protection equipment and techniques, as well as fire code standards and interpretation and compliance
•  Perform site surveys to educate customers of required related fire protection equipment - Monitor and report issues with operation of company vehicle
•  Monitor and maintain proper working order of recharge equipment used on company service vehicle
•  Understand product capabilities, warranties, product usages, and challenges, to further educate and serve external customers
•  Responsible for notifying direct supervisor of any equipment break down or malfunction or any unsafe working conditions
•  Responsible for complying and enforcing safety requirements while on company property and at customer’s site
• Perform other related duties as assigned and as necessary depending on the situation and location

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

•  Strong customer service orientation – both external and internal
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
•  Time management – strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility – ability to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, hectic work environment - Excellent driving record

Schedule: 1st  Shift 

Pay: (depending on experience)
