We are partnered with a local construction project seeking General Laborers to support a major townhome build in Sarasota.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (start times may vary based on project needs)

Pay Rate:
$18–$20 per hour depending on construction experience and skill level.

Job Responsibilities:

? Assist construction workers with a variety of tasks to keep the project moving efficiently.
? Perform manual labor, including lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
? Load, unload, and distribute construction materials throughout the job site.
? Help with the assembly of structures and support tasks such as erecting concrete forms and scaffolding.
? Mix and pour concrete, mortar, and other materials as directed.
? Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and participating in site cleanup.
? Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
? Follow direction from site supervisors to complete assigned tasks on time.
? Work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
? Potentially assist heavy equipment operators and use tools like pneumatic hammers, vibrators, and tampers.

? Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
? Comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain, or other weather conditions.
? Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic.
? Previous construction experience preferred.
