Job Summary:

The Courtesy Clerk plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store operations. This position requires a friendly, helpful attitude and a commitment to creating a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with questions or concerns.
• Bag groceries efficiently and carefully, ensuring items are packed appropriately.
• Assist customers with carrying groceries to their vehicles when needed.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of store entrances, restrooms, and other public areas.
• Restock shelves, displays, and bagging stations as needed.
• Support store team with light cleaning, sweeping, and organizing tasks.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
