Express Employment Professionals in Allen, TX is seeking several detail‑oriented Rack Assembly Technicians to join our client’s team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on mechanical work, takes pride in precision wiring, and wants to contribute to high‑quality production standards.
Assemble and install mechanical hardware including shelves, patch panels, rails, and wire management components into equipment racks.
Route, terminate, and organize wiring and harnesses according to schematic design drawings.
Maintain clean, professional layouts that meet design specifications.
Perform continuity and network testing to ensure all rack components and connections function properly.
Deliver fully assembled, neatly wired, accurately labeled, and thoroughly tested racks.
Ability to read and follow schematic design drawings/wiring diagrams.
Mechanical assembly and hardware installation experience.
Wire routing, termination, and harness assembly skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic testing skills.
Work with advanced equipment and contribute to high‑quality builds.
