Sales Associate

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our used car dealership. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, professional, and comfortable engaging with customers both in-person and online. This role involves managing leads, assisting customers through the sales and financing process, and helping promote our inventory through social media and on-camera content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom.

• Manage and follow up on leads via phone, email, and CRM systems.

• Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

• Process and submit credit applications accurately and securely.

• Create and post social media content, including photos, videos, and on-camera walk-arounds of vehicles.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available inventory.

• Support customers throughout the buying process, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Tech-savvy; comfortable using social media and basic digital tools.

• Comfortable being on camera for promotional content.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous sales or automotive experience.
