1st Shift | Mon–Thu 6am–4:30pm (Holiday Weeks: Mon–Fri 6am–2:30pm)
Pay: $17–$18/hr

 

If you know your way around power tools, can read a tape to the 1/16”, and like building things that actually matter — this is your kind of role.

We’re adding Fabricators to a growing production team in Rome City. Solid company, steady schedule, and no micromanaging — just real work with real results.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and assemble components using hand and power tools

• Read blueprints and follow written work instructions

• Measure accurately (down to 1/16”)

• Keep inventory of needed supplies

• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed

• Work independently or as part of a team

What You Need:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Experience with drills, bandsaws, drill presses, grinders, etc.

• Ability to read blueprints

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic

• Forklift experience preferred
