We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Remote Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support one of our key clients, a busy general construction contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, remote work. The position starts at approximately 20 hours per week, with a strong potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate as the client's needs grow.
The ideal candidate will handle various administrative and office support duties, including:
Managing and drafting professional correspondence (emails, letters).
Conducting pricing research for materials, equipment, and services.
Serving as a primary contact for vendor communications and inquiries.
General data entry and maintenance of office records.
Assisting with scheduling and calendar management as needed.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a strong plus but not required.
