A transportation company in Palatine is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to support their busy morning operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, stays calm under pressure, and likes a role with consistent routine.

Responsibilities:

• Handle 50–60 inbound calls per hour with professionalism and accuracy
• Dispatch drivers using Google Maps and route details to pick up students and transport them to school
• Communicate clearly with drivers, parents, and internal staff
• Respond to emails and complete basic computer tasks
• Maintain accurate information and documentation throughout the day
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely and safe transportation services

What We’re Looking For:

• REQUIRED ability to start promptly at 6:00 AM (or as assigned)
• Strong and confident phone presence
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (email, Google Maps, simple data entry)
• Previous dispatching experience a plus
