We are hiring for a heavy lifter Machine Operator in New Bern, NC to join our growing team. This position involves working in a production and assembly environment manufacturing dishwashers, stoves, ovens, and cooktops. You will be required to operate machinery, and assist with the manufacturing of quality products.

1st Shift: 6:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Saturday (10 hour shifts)

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, packing products and lifting boxes onto pallets.
• Assist with production and assembly tasks such as inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and repetitively push, pull, bend, crouch, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Must have basic mechanical skills and attention to detail, strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to meet background check requirements and drug testing, and steel toe shoes required.
