A local property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role focuses on performing repairs and planned maintenance across several locally owned apartment complexes throughout the region. While some travel is required, most work is local, and you’ll be home each night. A company vehicle is provided.
The ideal candidate has basic mechanical and carpentry skills, with experience or ability to install cabinets considered a strong plus. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys variety in their day.
