Express Employment Professionals is looking to hire a motivated professional to join a respected local insurance agency, with core responsibilities in making sales calls, assisting clients with their policy information, and providing exceptional customer service.

This position offers a solid base pay plus commission making it a great opportunity to build your income while helping others protect what matters most. You must obtain or be willing to obtain your insurance license within 4-6 weeks of hire. Express Employment will cover the costs!

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with policy quotes, renewals, and claims support.
• Identify customer needs and offer the best insurance solutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.

What We're Looking For: 

• Previous sales experience required.
• Must obtain insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
