Administrative Assistant

Located in Colorado Springs, CO

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 DOE

Seeking candidates for full time Monday-Friday for a position located in Fountain - they will be relocating to Denver in June so are seeking candidates willing to either relocate or available on temporary basis. 

What we look for in our Administrative Assistants:

• Ability to fluently speak Spanish/English written and verbal communication is a PLUS but not required
• Answer phones and greet clients/customers  
• File management and data entry
• Ability to stay organized and keep up with high volume follow ups
• Ability to troubleshoot situations and issues that arise
• Prepare reports and routine correspondence
• Willingness to take on additional clerical tasks as needed
• Support executives and teams
