Our client, a full-service printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Framingham!

They are open to both full-time and part-time schedules — great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility. Ideal candidates are motivated, willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. Industry experience is not required; they will train!

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)
Pay: $20–$25/hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers

  • Generate quotes and follow up with customers regarding quotes and orders

  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks

  • Provide friendly, professional customer support and help ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications and Experience of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Prior customer service or office experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with email and office software

  • Motivated, willing to learn, and able to work well with others

  • Industry experience in printing, mailing, or embroidery is a plus, but not required
