Powder Coating Technician

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a local client in the Vancouver, WA area! We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coating Technician to join their team in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a hardworking individual to assist with powder coating operations, quality control, and packaging. This is a full-time, first-shift position with opportunities for overtime.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hanging and prepping parts for powder coating
• Powder coating parts according to specifications
• Inspecting finished products for light spots or flaws
• Packaging parts for customer pick-up or delivery
• Providing customer service as needed

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Total Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime available as needed)
• Pay Rate: $20.00-21.00 per hour

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and quality
• Good communication skills
