• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation ($/hour): $23.17

Job Summary

A local finance department is seeking a Finance Department Assistant to join their team! If you’re detail-oriented and organized, we want to meet with you! No experience required unless otherwise noted.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Filing
• Accounts Payable Review (checking invoice information against AP report for accuracy)
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconcile accounts
• Special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Good Excel skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy
• Prior finance or accounting experience is a plus
