The Rework / Pallet Restacker is responsible for reworking and down-stacking pallets of bagged wood pellets to ensure product quality, safety, and consistency in warehouse operations. This role involves manually breaking down, inspecting, and restacking pallets to meet company and shipping standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Down-stack and rework pallets of bagged wood pellets as directed.

• Inspect bags and pallets for damage, contamination, or mis-stacking.

• Rewrap and restack product according to quality and safety requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area around the rework station.

• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts safely when moving materials (if certified).

• Report damaged or defective products to a supervisor.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Assist with other warehouse or production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

• Prior warehouse or pallet rework experience preferred but not required.
