About the Role:

We are seeking experienced painters to join a local renovating and repair solutions company. This is a steady, daytime opportunity for professionals who take pride in their craft and enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming before painting
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Ensure proper coverage and finish with attention to detail and quality standards
• Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking materials
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate progress and any issues to supervisors in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional painter (residential or commercial)
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods
• Ability to bend, squat, climb ladders, and move for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Preferred: candidates with their own tools (rollers, brushes, drop cloths, sprayers)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
