Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Service Sales Representative to join their growing team! In this role, you’ll leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to promote HVAC service agreements and solutions to commercial and industrial clients. You’ll play a key role in building long-term relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored service solutions that ensure comfort, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new service sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Promote and sell HVAC service agreements, maintenance programs, and related solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand HVAC needs and present customized proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, service agreements, or mechanical services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and service processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
