Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for supervisors or department heads.
Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, permits, and regulatory documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, often serving as the first point of contact for vendors or customers.
Assist with data entry related to billing, service orders, or maintenance logs.
Track utility service requests, outages, and technician dispatch records.
Support compliance efforts by maintaining documentation for audits, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Help prepare board meeting materials, record minutes, and manage follow-up communications.
Coordinate with field crews and engineers to ensure timely updates on service projects.
Maintain records related to electrical permits, inspections, and utility easements.
Assist HR or accounting departments with onboarding paperwork, timesheets, or vendor invoices.
Support customer service teams with account updates, service inquiries, and outage notifications.
