Job Title: Electric Technician

Location: Remington
Starting Pay: $24/hour

Position Objective:
Assist senior electrical technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of PLCs and electronics calibration a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work independently.
• Must have reliable attendance and be available for overtime and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and line checks.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Complete required paperwork and use AS400 to order parts.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 standards and meet department goals.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and loud noise.
