Workflow Data Entry Clerk

Located in San Antonio, TX

Salary: $20/hour

Express Employment Professionals Northeast San Antonio office is currently partnering with a leading insurance client in the San Antonio area to place an Workflow Data Entry Clerk on a long-term temporary position.  Though this role is temporary only, there is good potential for the chosen candidate to move into another role within the organization on a long-term basis.  Compensation for the position will be $20/hour and work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Thursday and 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Fridays.

Essential Job Functions include:

• Review electronic records in multiple systems, audit for accuracy and validate in administration system(s).
• Perform maintenance in administration system as needed.
• Record daily productivity metrics and workflow in Excel workbook.
• May assist other units in the Operation Department as needed.
• Perform any reasonable and related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications we are seeking entail:

• Passing score on assessment is required. (Assessment provided by Express)
• 1+ year of relevant experience required; insurance industry preferred
• High School Graduate required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail, data checking skills, and a systematic/process-oriented approach
