Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Fiberglass Mat Cutter opening in Wyoming. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically strong, and bilingual (Spanish-speaking preferred).

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19–$20
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Cut fiberglass mat materials to specified lengths and shapes using manual or electric cutting tools
• Read and follow production orders and material specifications
• Measure and mark materials to ensure accuracy before cutting
• Inspect fiberglass mats for defects, damage, or irregularities
• Handle and position rolls or sheets of fiberglass safely
• Maintain and sharpen cutting blades or tools as needed
• Keep work area clean and free of excess fiberglass dust and debris
• Bundle, label, and stage cut materials for the next production process
• Report equipment issues or material shortages to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE for fiberglass handling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual required
• Strong manual dexterity and physical strength (leaning, bending, repetitive motion)
• Ability to perform tedious, repetitive tasks for extended periods
• No carpal tunnel issues; must have a strong back
